Output vs input
Mental m*sturbation
If you’re anything like me
You’ve probably been sold the allure of personal development
The idea that you can become more if you become more
But what if you already are?
You know - when I have nothing to do, it’s very natural for me to reach for some type of growth tool. Whether it be a book or an audio book or an audio tape or a podcast or blah blah
Input
Taking in information - to become more
But what if you already are?
The idea of being and or having enough is striking to the individual that wants to grow
But growth isn’t just input
It’s also output
The problem with personal dev imo.. Is that it can become a never ending conundrum
A long journey of becoming rather than.

Instead of focusing on input - take some of those ideas that you read in the books and - be
The human soul seeks to experience its self in all its glory.
And experience lies in being
The fun of personal dev is implementation of what you already know.
Creating your own message
Personal sovereignty gained through experiencing and acting out your wholeness
I’m not saying that books are bad. Read all the books
But understand the difference between mental masturbation and the real thing.
